As a user I want to be able to change my mind about wanting to add a recommended building block to my tenant.

Currently recommended/optional building blocks are shown after selecting a landing zone. Once you select "Configure" there is no way back though. If you realize after clicking, that you don't want the building block after all, your only option is to cancel the whole process and start again.
