Show Estimated Provisioning Time to Reduce "ServiceNow Anxiety"

Users are uncertain how long it will take for a requested service to be provisioned. The current experience resembles enterprise ticketing systems like ServiceNow, where turnaround times are often unpredictably long. This perception causes users to not bother requesting services at all.
Desired outcome
: Each marketplace service or building block should show an estimated provisioning time (e.g. "typically ready in under 5 minutes" or "requires manual approval, usually 1-2 business days"). Setting clear expectations would reduce anxiety and increase request completion rates.Those values could perhaps be calculated from the last few runs and take the average completion time.
