Restrict Workspace Creation

Platform-Owners manages a user group of external collaborators who need access to assigned
workspaces and projects, but must not be able to create new workspaces or projects
on their own.
The governance requirement:
- Collaborate on assigned workspaces/projects: allowed
- Create new workspaces or projects: blocked for external group
This is driven by cost control and compliance: uncontrolled resource creation by external
users poses financial and security risks. Admins need to be able to provision and approve
resources on their behalf.

Right now, we do not have this feature available. We understand why you would like to restrict the capability. We see some of our customers creating workspaces via external system to restrict who can create workspaces.
That being said, we aren’t planning on building this into our product at this point in time. We are going park your idea for now, and I will let you know if this becomes something that we might build in the future.
