Purge (delete and forget) tenant from meshStack

I want meshStack to forget about tenants that I have taken care of outside of meshStack.

For this I need an option to tell meshStack to stop replication and set the tenant to "deleted".

I would prefer to have this available as API. You could extend the DELETE meshTenant e.g. with a query parameter like "DELETE /api/meshobjects/meshtenants/d5212958-9545-495c-afee-e27f3f036ead?purge=true".

Make it available for Platform Admins and Customer Partners

The current workaround is writing to support@meshcloud.io and ask for the removal of the tenant.
