As a Platform Team I want to ensure that the Project Name (Display Name) within my GCP Organization is syned (replicated) to keep consistency between the meshTenant in meshStack and the actual GCP Project.

At the moment the Display Name in the GCP Project can be edited in GCP directly. This will not be overwritten by our replication.

This also is a different behaviour to the replication steps for AWS with the AWS Account Alias and Azure with the Subscription Name.
