Expiration Date update should be easier

As a Workspace Owner/Manager I have a frustrated experience when I am required to extend the access permission of my team members.
Pain Point:
- the date picker allows me to select a date far past the "set limitation". I then get the error message "The expiration date of the role must be no longer than xx.xx.xx). A better UX would be to limit the date picker to not allow me selecting a invalid entry
- I must extend in worst case all of my members at the same time. It would be great if there is a button to extend all of the users at the same time
- Support changing the role and updating the expiration date at the same time without an error prompt

Update: Edit Expiration Dates during Creation
As part of meshStack v2025.53.0, we have improved the experience for setting expiration dates for role bindings during workspace and project creation. Specifically you can now add multiple users in one go with the same expiration dates. We are considering if we can also turn this into a batch-edit functionality.
This will be available as part of https://feedback.meshcloud.io/feature-requests/p/access-management-v2 which is in private preview right now with selected customers but will be available to all customers as a self-service feature preview soon.

As a heads up, 2/3 of these issues are currently already solved in our new Access Management V2, which is available as a Preview to select customers.
- the date picker restricts input selection to only valid dates
- changing a role and expiration at the same time is possible
We are considering a better UX for batch-extending expiry as well as how to better set expiry. For API keys the UX is to offer fixed expiry times in line with global policies as well as a days option instead of a date picker. We'd love to hear from you what suits your use case better.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback! We acknowledge the importance of enhancing the role expiration date and recertification process, and it's certainly under consideration. However, at this time, it's not included in our immediate plans. Your input is highly valued, and we encourage you to contribute to our decision-making process through voting :)
