In many organizations, developers hold the Workspace Member role, while Product Owners - who are often less technical - hold Workspace Manager or Admin roles. Currently, Workspace Members cannot browse the marketplace at all.

This creates a frustrating inversion: the people most likely to want to discover and use building blocks are locked out, while those with access are less likely to explore it independently.

: Marketplace browsing (read/discovery) should be available to Workspace Members, or the permission model should be revisited so that developers can at minimum explore available building blocks without needing elevated roles.
